Refund Policy
1. 30-Day satisfaction guarantee
We stand behind Testo Prime. If you're not satisfied with your first order for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your package — even if the bottle is empty.
This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only, and is limited to one refund per customer.
2. How to request a refund
- Email us at info@testolabs.co with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Our team will reply within 24 hours (Mon–Fri) with return instructions.
- Once we receive your return (if required), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Eligibility
- Request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- First-time orders only (one refund per customer)
- Return shipping costs are not refundable
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable
4. Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll ship a replacement free of charge — no need to return the original.
5. Subscription orders
Active subscription orders can be cancelled or paused at any time via your account or by emailing us. Refunds for subscription renewals are only available if requested within 7 days of the charge and before the product has been shipped.
