Subscription Policy
1. How subscriptions work
Our subscription program lets you receive Testo Prime automatically at a discounted price. When you subscribe, you'll be charged on the same day each month (or at the interval you select), and your order will ship within 24–48 hours.
2. Pricing and renewals
Subscription pricing is shown clearly at checkout and on your account page. Prices may be updated from time to time, but we will always notify you by email before any price change affects your subscription.
Each renewal is billed to the payment method on file. You'll receive an order confirmation email with each renewal.
3. Managing your subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time from your account:
- Skip an upcoming delivery
- Change delivery frequency
- Update shipping or payment details
- Pause for a set period of time
- Cancel at any time, no fees, no questions asked

4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time. Cancellations apply to future renewals only — you will not be refunded for the current billing cycle if the order has already shipped. There are no cancellation fees, penalties, or "retention" hurdles. We make it easy.
5. Failed payments
If a subscription payment fails, we'll attempt to charge your card again within a few days and notify you by email. If payment continues to fail, your subscription will be automatically paused until you update your payment method.
